Thank you for visiting the TJB Design Shop by TJB Creative (hereinafter referred to as I or me). By purchasing from TJBCreative.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), the visitor/purchaser agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Accuracy of Information

I make every effort to ensure the products offered on the Site are represented as accurately as possible. As a sole proprietor, I manage all the information contained on the Site; I cannot warrant or guarantee that all product information will be 100% accurate or free of unintentional errors and omissions at all times. Inclusion of a product on the Site does not warrant or guarantee that the product will be available at any time. All product attributes, specifications, prices, and descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice.

If for any reason the purchaser is dissatisfied with a product due to misrepresentation or inaccurate information published on the Site, the product may be returned for a refund of the purchase price. All returns are subject to the returns policy set forth here.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order on the Site, the visitor is agreeing to purchase a product, represents that he/she is of legal age to enter into a binding contract, represents that all information provided in connection with the order is accurate, and verifies that he/she is an authorized user of the payment method provided.

The visitor further agrees that receipt of instant digital order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order; as proprietor, I reserve the right to refuse any order at any time. In the event an order is declined after payment has been processed, the purchase price will be refunded.

Terms of Payment

I accept major credit cards as well as PayPal. All payments to the Site are processed securely by PayPal, and are subject to PayPal's terms of service. Orders placed through this site will be fulfilled only after payment is received in full.

Intellectual Property & Use

All designs, images, and artwork offered for sale on the Site are the intellectual property of TJB Creative and are protected by copyright. Any item sold through the Site is intended for the private, non-commercial use of the purchaser, and may not be duplicated, sold, or distributed in any way without the express written consent of the copyright holder. Sale of an item on the Site does not constitute a transfer of the rights to or a licensing of the source work in any way. Any attempt to redistribute or duplicate for sale any source work on any item sold through the Site is a violation of copyright law and may subject the violator to legal action.

Fulfillment & Delivery

Orders for in-stock items will be processed and shipped within three business days. If, for any reason, fulfillment times are expected to exceed three business days, a broadcast message will appear on the Site, and recent purchasers will be notified via email. Orders fulfilled by third-party suppliers are subject to the supplier's fulfillment terms. Third-party fulfillment items are indicated as such in the product description. All shipments are subject to the shippers' terms and conditions. TJB Creative makes every effort to choose the most practical and expedient shipping option for each order.

Cancellation & Returns

All transactions are considered to be final. An order may be canceled by the purchaser within 24 hours of the initial placement of the order. In-stock items canceled within 24 hours of initial placement will be eligible for a refund of the purchase price. Third-party fulfillment items are subject to the suppliers' terms & conditions. If after fulfillment, an unwanted item may be returned by the purchaser. Returned merchandise will be eligible for a refund of the purchase price if the product is determined to be unsatisfactory due to a defect in manufacture or production, or if the item was shipped in error; TJB Creative will assume responsibility for return shipping costs of such merchandise. For all other returns, the purchaser assumes responsibility for return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee. Any unwanted merchandise must be returned unused and in its original packaging before a refund will be granted.
